The large panel slides closed to separate the living area from the guest room/den when more privacy is required. Sliding panel doors open, creating an airy feel to an otherwise modest apartment.
The master bath is divided from the master bedroom by a series of sliding panels. A custom head board with cantilevered night stands warm the space.
This master bathroom was designed with hand-picked marble in the shower and tub. A wood-paneled sink adds the finishing touch.
Gibbons, Fortman, & Associates expanded this small bathroom using glass and mirrors to maximize space and create the illusion of a larger room. The glass transom above the vanity brings in natural light from the den.
This kitchen has breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and can be open, partially open, or completely closed off from the dining area, accommodating the client’s needs.
